“Residents have a good level of autonomy. During the visit people were seen to go out when requested, or stay in their room and receive visitors throughout the day. There is a residents meeting on a monthly basis. Minutes are kept of these meetings and were looked at by the inspector. These demonstrate that issues raised by people are acted upon and recorded in the minutes.”
