Providing quality services in Workforce Development

The in-house Learning and Development Division of St. Andrew’s Care Homes plays a valuable role in the professional training of our adult social care staff.

As well as ensuring every member of staff undertakes mandatory training to meet all current legislative and regulatory requirements, we involve our staff in developing a tailored training and development plan to build their professional expertise, knowledge and workplace skills.

By investing in our staffing this way, we will create an organisation where everyone is skilled, highly competent and feels valued. This will create a place that encourages initiative and creativity and where talented people will want to work, remain to develop their careers and flourish.

We have a clear goal to become leaders in workforce development within the adult social care sector. This will help us to provide the very best dementia care for our residents and their families.
