The range of careers available at St Andrew’s Care Homes is large and varied. We recruit qualified nurses, care managers, deputy managers and care assistants to jobs in our care homes to help us provide 24-7, 365 days a year care to our residents. The range of activities we offer, and the operational task of running four care homes, means we also employ a range of skilled maintenance and other support staff. As a successful and expanding organisation we also employ managerial and administrative staff to help ensure our own business operates smoothly and efficiently. Due to the nature of our work we carry out rigorous vetting procedures, including Criminal Records Bureau checks, and take up all references to ensure our staff are fully qualified to carry out their tasks. We are committed to developing every staff member to reach their full potential.
